At River City Tents & Awnings, we offer a large variety of tents for rental or purchase.
Our rental service area includes all of Arkansas, as well as our
neighboring states. Choose from our wide
selection of sizes and colors to suit your special event or occasion.
Our tents provide welcome shade for events held on hot summer days, and
protection from inclement weather.
We also offer table and chair rentals, lights, and sidewall to enclose the sides of the tents.
We offer both frame & pole tents for rental or purchase. Shown below are examples of both, and information to help you decide which option is right for your event.

chairs, and we can give you an idea of what size tent would best serve
your needs.
Frame Tents Frame tents are our smaller sized rental tents, and come in solid
white, blue & white stripe, or red & white stripe.
*Custom colors are available for new tent purchases. Our smallest frame tent, is a 10'x10', which covers a 100 sq.
ft area. The largest frame tent available is a 20'x50', however, more
than one frame tent can be placed together to cover a larger area.
Frame tents do not
have any support poles in the center, unlike pole tents. All support
poles are located along the perimeter of the tent. The standard height
of the tent perimeter is 7 ft. Frame tents are fairly
easy to assemble, and are anchored with 12 lb. concrete blocks instead
of stakes. A frame tent is a good option for a customer that is
purchasing a tent and prefers to handle their own set up, or a customer
that prefers not to have stakes driven into the surface of the set up
site. Frame tents are not recommended for long term set up due to
lower wind resistance. Sidewall is available for an additional fee.

Pole Tents Pole tents are our larger sized rental tents, and also come in
solid white, blue & white stripe, or red & white stripe. *Custom
colors are available for new tent purchases. The standard height of the tent perimeter
is 7 ft. Pole tents are available in 30 ft., 40 ft., and 60 ft. widths. We can add as much length as is needed, usually in 10'
increments.
Pole tents are anchored with stakes driven into the ground.
This makes them much more resistant to wind than frame tents, and are recommended
for long term set up. Pole tents can be installed on asphalt or concrete
areas, but the stakes will leave holes; which our crews can refill upon
take down for a nominal fee. Sidewall is offered with no extra charge with
our pole tent rentals. Pole tents have support poles located inside the
perimeter of the tent, and require a 5' area of clearance around the outer
edge to allow for staking.
